Mackenzie Meyer, L/CPO, MS

Mrs. Meyer got her start in the field of orthotics and prosthetics right here at Bremer; as she began shadowing clinicians in 2015, and officially joined our clinical team full time after completing her schooling in 2018. She enjoys working hand-in-hand with patients and with their healthcare teams, to create individualized treatment plans. Mrs. Meyer can be frequently found in our lab fabricating by hand complex custom orthoses and prostheses. Mrs. Meyer has worked with Paralympic athletes representing the United States, and fabricated numerous complex devices for individuals with such conditions as spinal cord injury and stroke. Mrs. Meyer received her BS in Exercise Science from Florida State University, and her Master’s in Prosthetics and Orthotics from Northwestern University.  Areas of interest and specialty include: transtibial prosthetics, post-operative care, and spinal bracing.
